"I'm passionate about crafting meaningful expereinces for people."
Who am I?
I’m a curious observer, empathetic problem solver, UX designer and inclusive deign advocate with a strong focus in UX research. My background in engineering helps me to analyse problems critically while striving for contextualizing the designs to my users’ situatedness. You can view my published research here.

What I do best?
Besides empathizing with my users’ words, I can understand their needs intuitively by reflecting on their experiences and actions. Overtime, I learnt that my superpower is to connect with people, despite the background they come from, and ask the right questions to understand their behaviors and perspectives. You can also view my (team's) work that attracted BBC's attention here.
I explore and experiment with different solutions and technologies, while constantly seeking for something new to learn. I have experience working with different technologies including VR/AR, IoT devices and robotics. I’m currently learning data visualization to further improve presentation on research.
I enjoy being part of different cycles of the design process- from User Research, Design, to Prototyping and Testing - to improve designs at every stage with key insights from my research.
How I do it?
I use qualitative or quantitative approaches in my projects depending on the research question at hand and stakeholder input. Here are a list of methods that I often use in my research:
Participatory design, Qualitative Interview and contextual enquiry, Bodystorming, Focus Group Discussion, Think Aloud, Field research, Persona Creation, Wizard OZ testing, Survey creation, Usability test, Diary studies, Desirability test, Heuristic Evaluation, Card sorting, A/B testing.
Why I do what I do?
I'm passionate about understanding the behavioral aspects of users towards technology. For me, working in a team is about transmitting my enthusiasm to create great products and services, while growing and helping others in their learning process.
